6. Deliver polished edits within the assigned deadlines

Other requirements
1. Basic to intermediate experience in video editing using tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar
2. Ability to cut, trim, structure clips, and improve overall flow
3. Can add text overlays, captions, basic animations, transitions, and simple effects
4. Understanding of pacing, viewer attention, and clean storytelling
5. Comfortable editing short-form content (Reels, Shorts, ads) and 1-3 minute videos
6. Ability to follow references and brand guidelines accurately
7. Good sense of timing, alignment, and clean visual presentation
