As a Volunteering Intern at NayePankh Foundation, a non-profit dedicated to advancing economic, educational, and leadership opportunities for marginalized women and girls, you will play a key role in strengthening our volunteer network and supporting the smooth execution of our initiatives. Working closely with the core team, you will help coordinate volunteer efforts, enhance engagement, and contribute to activities that create meaningful community impact.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and coordinating volunteers for ongoing projects and events.
2. Support the planning and execution of volunteer-driven activities and community programs.
3. Maintain regular communication with volunteers to ensure active participation and engagement.
4. Help track volunteer involvement and gather feedback to improve overall experience and effectiveness.
5. Contribute to creating engagement materials and updates for the volunteer community.
6. Reach out to potential supporters and contributors to explore new avenues for financial assistance and funding support.
7. Strengthen relationships with current donors and well-wishers to encourage sustained contributions and long-term association.
